UCCAI: Utah's Source for Education on HOA's

Make Your HOA the Best It Can Be!

The Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations in the state of Utah.

Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to those associations.

The Utah Chapter has over 200 members including over 50 businesses, about 50 managers and about 100 Associations representing over 15,000 households.

America's Leading Advocate for Responsible Communities

Community Associations Institute (CAI) is the only national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. Our mission is to assist community associations in promoting harmony, community, and responsible leadership. We believe that by giving board members, managers, and homeowners the knowledge to better run their associations, they can turn "owners" into "neighbors," increasing harmony, and leading to more prosperous, safer communities while enhancing property values for every homeowner.

Benefits of Joining

The benefits of a CAI membership in the Utah Chapter continues to be invaluable.  Our programs, events, and newsletter continue to provide essential and current information for all communities.

The Utah Chapter offers specific and highly valuable benefits to all members, whether you are an individual homeowner, a community manager, or a professional selling to and servicing the industry.

Please Note:  The Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute is a nonprofit, educational organization.  We support our members in their educational and networking pursuits, but are run by a board of directors equally balanced in membership categories, backgrounds and talents.  Please see our Chapter Leadership page for chapter leadership information.
