President
Carson is one of Jenkins Bagley’s founding members. His legal practice focuses on homeowner association law, real estate, construction defect, business, civil litigation and credit reporting disputes related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In addition to other civil litigation matters, Carson has litigated many construction defect cases ranging from single homes to entire communities. In 2016 & 2020, Carson was recognized by his peers as Utah’s Top Lawyers Named By Their Peers by Utah Business Magazine. Carson is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts for Utah and Nevada, and is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), board member for the Southern Utah Subchapter of CAI, sub-committee member of the Utah CAI Legislative Action Committee (LAC), and a member of the Utah Community Association Bar Section.
